By using Postique (postique.fyi) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Postique is a brand of ClearPath Solutions, operating from Nairobi, Kenya.
Templates purchased through our Gumroad store are licensed for use in your own email campaigns. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license our templates. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one brand/company. For agency use covering multiple clients, contact us for a multi-seat license.
Custom service engagements (template design, automation setup, etc.) are governed by a separate project agreement. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery. Refunds are not available after work has commenced, though we will work with you to resolve any quality concerns.
Upon full payment for custom services, you own the final deliverables. Postique retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. All free and paid templates in our store remain the intellectual property of Postique — you are licensed to use them, not to own them.
Postique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our templates or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
